- If you wish to return/exchange a product for reasons pertaining to size or quality defects, you may return it within 15 days of purchase. The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging, however, they need to be in a sellable condition.
- Products can be exchanged or refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.
- After 15 days, gear must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or product exchange.
- To return/exchange a product, you must send your name, email and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also note the reason for the return or exchange.
- We will review each case individually. In some cases, we may require additional information, such as pictures, so we can choose the best course of action.
- Return/exchange process could take 2 – 3 weeks.
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
- Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received.
- No price difference refunds if the price of the new item is lower than the original item.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Freight charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight charges from the original order will not be refunded.
- If you believe you have received a defective product that you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact the original retailer. We do not accept returns from retailers.
